To reserve the Pavilion please follow these 3 steps:
1-Select the date on the calendar below
2-Fill out the form below
3-Complete payment using our Paypal checkout. After completing the form and pressing “send,” you will see a button to complete payment through PayPal. Your booking will be deleted unless you complete payment. If you have questions or difficulty with payment, contact Adam at firstname.lastname@example.org (email monitored M-F 8am-3pm).
You will receive an email before your event with an access code that will unlock the pavilion the day of your rental.
Note that the Pavilion is available for rental April-October. It is closed November, December, January, February, and March.
From April through August, we have baseball leagues playing Monday through Friday so rentals are available only on Saturdays and Sundays.
